A training course led by Paul Baker, CEO of  International Economics Ltd, was given in Managua, Nicaragua. The course, implemented by AETS-TAC, entitled “Designing Effective Trade and Private Sector Development Programmes for Latin America and the Caribbean”, was attended by European Commission officials.
