Rules of Origin in EU-Africa Trade

A study, written by Paul Baker and Jaime de Melo, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, investigates the relationship between rules of origin and the promotion of trade between African countries and the EU, under existing EU preferential schemes accessible to African countries. This study published by GIZ explores the opportunities and challenges created by such rules.
