About Alicja
In her capacity as a senior project manager, Alicja is deeply involved in all stages of the project management cycle, she plays a key role in preparing technical offers, leading project implementation and coordination, as well as ensuring quality control and client satisfaction. She has successfully managed and delivered public sector projects awarded to International Economics by a range of multilateral and bilateral donors, including the European Commission, FCDO, GIZ, Global Affairs Canada, United Nation, World Bank and governments, among others. Alicja leads and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and manages stakeholder relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Prior to joining International Economics, Alicja was working at the Polish Embassy in Malaysia, where she oversaw the Polish Aid program. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into diplomatic protocols and international cooperation dynamics.
Alicja holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland. She further enriched her education through a scholarship program that allowed her to study abroad at Washington University in Seattle, USA.
