The CEO of International Economics Consulting Ltd, Paul Baker, was in a mission in Gaborone, Botswana, together with representatives of the International Trade Centre (ITC) negotiating the management arrangements for the Value Chain Analysis for the country in line with its Private Sector Development Programmes.
