Naveo is a fleet and asset management solution provider established in Mauritius since 2007. International Economics has provided a design report on the cloud-based strategy to adopt for building an analytics module on top of Naveo’s current platform.

What We Found

Naveo is established in Mauritius since 2007. Innovation, customer care, and integrity are the core values the later cherish the most. Naveo proactively researches ideas, technology, and best practices to generate innovative solutions for the satisfaction of its customers. Naveo was looking at building its analytics platform.
Customers already have real-time insights on their existing fleets and assets but there is increasing demand from customers to have in depths analytical insight. We provided a design report on the cloud-based strategy to adopt for building an analytics module on top of Naveo’s current platform.

Our Strategy and Impact

Drilling down from the customers and Naveo top management requirements, the necessary technical steps to extract, transform, and load the data in an analytics TRIPs data mart is designed. The team evaluated and recommended the tools, methodology, architecture, and approach to consider.
Our team had meetings and technical discussions with the Naveo developers, architects, and technical managers to validate the feasibility of the requirements and also to get technical inputs needed for the design modeling. The team also included recommendations on the design and technological approach.
